Currently, we are seeking a dynamic Content Writer to lead our content strategy and production efforts. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand narrative, driving engagement across multiple channels, and collaborating with freelance copywriters. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional writing and editing skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for leveraging AI tools to enhance content creation. From crafting compelling copy for different target audiences to optimizing content for SEO and lead generation, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our company's growth trajectory.

Your responsibilities would include

Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with Language Inspired’s overarching business objectives.
Craft and edit content to ensure consistency, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines, maintaining a high standard of quality across all marketing materials.
Whenever needed, mentor a team of junior freelance copywriters and collaborators, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the highest quality of work.
Manage the end-to-end content production process, from ideation to publication, including research, writing, editing, and proofreading.
Utilize AI tools and technologies to enhance content creation and optimization, leveraging data-driven insights to drive performance and engagement.
Optimize content for SEO and lead generation, conducting keyword research and implementing best practices to drive organic traffic and conversions.
Step into audience shoes to deeply understand target audiences and craft compelling copy that resonates with their needs, pain points, and aspirations.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Customer Support & Solutions, and HR, to identify content needs and ensure alignment with key messaging and branding guidelines.
Monitor content performance and engagement metrics, using data-driven insights to inform ongoing content strategy and optimization efforts.

The skills and experience you will need to be successful

5+ years of experience in content marketing, with a focus on content strategy, writing, and editing.
Proven experience in managing and mentoring junior copywriters and freelance collaborators, with a track record of delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.
Strong proficiency in AI tools and technologies for content creation and optimization, with a passion for leveraging AI to enhance content quality and efficiency.
Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a portfolio showcasing a range of content across different formats and channels.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, English, or a related field.
Fluency in English is a must, additional languages are advantageous.
Understanding of different industries, ideally Translation and Localization, SaaS, Fintech, E-commerce, and other innovative tech industry companies.
